The onsite restaurant, Krinsen, serves mouthwatering classic Danish and French cuisine. I felt like I was dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant with their delectable dishes prepared using seasonal local ingredients. It was a culinary experience like no other.

Cleaning of the bathroom was very poor.

Not much character - it's really a hotel for businessmen and conferences. We would recommend the restaurants down by the harbour rather than the hotel one.

The small details needed more attention - the shower gel was empty. I had to reach under the bed to make the bedside lights work. It could have been excellent, but wasn't quite.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel. The beautiful Danish cottages located in the therapeutic garden at the back of the hotel added a touch of elegance and made me feel like I was truly experiencing the local culture. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like me.

I would have preferred if the staff at the hotel were a bit more attentive and understanding towards the needs of senior guests. It would have made my vacation even better if they had taken extra care to ensure our comfort and provided assistance when needed.

The hotel is very central and has large, modern rooms. Breakfast was excellent: Fresh, and with lots of different items to choose from.

Convenient location near shops and banks. Clean, comfortable rooms with bathtub and good wifi. Real duvets provided, no icky bedspread or throw pillows.

The staff were extrenely helpful in all my requests They were very good answering ll my requests in English.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the harbor and marina, and also right in the center of town. The staff treated me like a VIP, always smiling and helpful.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there was a bit more variety.

Terribly hot in the room - no air-con, no fan! Windows are low and do not have a lock, so you cannot keep windows open unguarded / at night if you have children in the room. in general the windows are a major safety risk for kids. The nearby church bell and trafffic are loud and you need ear plugs to sleep

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to shops, bars, and restaurants, allowing easy access to everything I needed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the amenities offered, such as the in-room safe, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I loved how convenient this hotel was located! It was right in the city shopping area, and only a short walk away from the marina and harbor. The hotel facilities were very clean and had everything I needed. The free private parking round the back was a huge plus! The staff were also very friendly and they made sure I had all the information I needed.

The Svendborg hotel had two standout features that made my stay enjoyable. the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. the bathroom was spacious and clean, with modern toilets and ample room to move around. These amenities greatly enhanced the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.

I must mention that there was one minor issue with the hotel. The room's temperature was quite high, as it seemed to retain the heat from the previous days.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Svendborg with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. We especially enjoyed our visit to Thuro Minigolf, where the kids had a blast playing mini-golf and enjoying the outdoor activities. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options for everyone to start their day.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.
